Revocation terms
The customer will have the right to revoke the requested order within seven days of receiving it, prior notification to Rachelle World Style SL. In case of exercising this right of withdrawal, the return costs and damages suffered by the product or merchandise will be borne by the customer.
The right of return will not apply to those personalized products or that for reasons of hygiene or other legally contemplated exceptions are not subject to return.
((Hair Extensions Dyed, Colored, Cuts, Manipulated / Customized as arranged by the client, etc.).
To make a return the customer must take into account the following:
- Shipping costs will not be paid for the original receipt of the order at the address provided by the customer.
- The product to be returned must be in its original condition, without having been used or handled, and must arrive in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. The cost of shipping to our stores is borne by the customer.
