LEGAL DATA COLLECTION CLAUSE
The data collected, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, in this contract will be included in an inscribed file in the General Data Protection Registry
of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection and whose ownership belongs to Rachelle World Style, sl, (hereinafter "File Manager") with CIF B18939017

These data will be stored in our file during the period of time in which the company is dedicated to the current purpose. The purpose of this collection of personal data is: the administrative management by the company, which coincides with the purpose of the file declared before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.

As a result, you, as the owner of the data, your consent and authorization to the File Manager for the inclusion of the same in the file previously detailed. In the event that you, as interested or affected, do not give your consent for such automation, this could affect our relationships as follows: Impossible our administrative management.

The owner of the data declares be informed of the conditions and assignments detailed in this clause and, in any case, may freely exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (always in accordance with the assumptions contemplated by current legislation) by contacting Rachelle World Style, sl, with address C / Jacinto Benavente, nº 12 - 18151 Ogijares (Granada), indicating in the communication EXERCISE OF RIGHTS; or prior to such action, request with the same address to be sent the forms that the File Manager has for this purpose.
